Dec 22,2016
In recent CCTV News---BizAsia Aviation Special, some
industrial insiders say China has run 160,000 potential
civilian helicopter clients and the market is worth as much as 150 billion
Yuan ($24.2 billion). Experts say the
new low altitude aerospace regulations will propel the business to new heights
at Helicopter Outlook 2014 organized by Galleon (Shanghai) Consulting Co., Ltd.
where its delegates, ZHANG Jianye, China Sales Manager of Agustawestland and
CHANG Xin, GM Sales & Marketing of Capital Helicopter have received an
interview from CCTV BizAsia.
Zhang has pointed it out, "Because the demand and
the current size of fleet is minimal compared to the West major countries like
U.S. or Europe, so we do see the potential and we want to grow here, and we
dedicate a lot more investment in this market to grow our business.
Agustawestland is a world¡¯s NO.3 helicopter OEM, we want to reflect that status
also in this market."
Meanwhile, CHANG Xin has indicated that at
present, the general aviation industry reforms and new related regulations are
changing China¡¯s low airspace. The industry is also attracting more
investments. So he thinks that in the coming year, the industry in China will
see a golden age.
