Among the projects, the new composite material plant is expected to achieve warm enclosure by the end of this year. The industrial tooling for wing-body fairings and landing gear doors is currently under manufacturing, originally scheduled for delivery by the end of 2025. Relevant key equipment has also arrived at the facility sequentially. The entire park will be put into operation as planned in 2026, thereby achieving significant capacity enhancement for C919 components including wing-body fairings, landing gear doors, and vertical tail beams.
While vigorously improving production capacity, AVIC Harbin Aircraft Industry Group is also actively pursuing intelligent transformation, such as building intelligent production lines, fully launching manufacturing digital transformation projects, and constructing an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem covering everything from R&D design to mass production. In the future, AVIC Harbin Aircraft Industry Group will also comprehensively enhance the intelligent level of its production and manufacturing systems by building intelligent flight test scheduling and physical twin environments, achieving breakthroughs in semi-physical simulation testing and high-precision dynamic calibration technologies, and establishing an aviation process knowledge graph and AI-driven process design tools.
As the host of the 16th Annual Civil Aircraft Industry Eco-Conference 2026, AVIC Harbin Aircraft Industry Group sincerely invites colleagues from all sectors to gather in Harbin on May 14-15 for the 16th Annual Civil Aircraft Industry Eco-Conference 2026, exploring new industry opportunities around the theme 'Innovation Collaboration, Manufacturing Future'.
