Event Background

In recent years, the aviation emergency rescue force has made breakthroughs in the performance improvement of rescue equipment, information acquisition and processing, and innovative rescue methods, making the aviation emergency rescue system more efficient, more accurate, safer and more comprehensive in responding to disasters and emergencies. The policy planning and institutional mechanism of China's aviation emergency rescue system have been gradually improved, infrastructure construction has been strengthened, and aviation equipment technology has made remarkable progress. Six regional emergency rescue centers in Northeast, Northwest, North, Central, southwest and Southeast will be built one after another, and China's aviation emergency response forces will basically reach disaster areas within 2 hours. At the same time, the Civil Aviation Administration continues to support the improvement of general aviation emergency service capabilities with civil aviation financial funds, supports insurance institutions to actively develop new insurance products in the fields of aviation emergency and medical rescue, and encourages public welfare organizations to provide funds to expand general aviation emergency services. Supporting facilities related to aviation emergency rescue, such as refueling facilities, maintenance support facilities, aviation material storage facilities, etc., have also been further improved, providing a strong guarantee for the normal operation of rescue aircraft.

Based on the above background, this year's Aviation Emergency Rescue Conference will focus on the upgrading of China's aviation emergency rescue system, focusing on low-altitude economic development, UAV application, emergency communication technology research, rescue equipment upgrading, local emergency practice cases, aviation medical rescue and multi-disaster response and other key topics. Colleagues in the industry are sincerely invited to pay attention to it. Through in-depth exchanges and cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, we will help the sustained high-quality development of China's aviation emergency rescue industry.
