Huaxia Yuntian Obtains CF34-8C5 Engine Overhaul Capability Approval

On October 15, 2026, the East China Regional Administration of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) issued a new maintenance license to Huaxia Yuntian, approving CF34-8C5 engine overhaul capability—a milestone marking a new level in the company's engine maintenance capabilities.

To apply for the CF34-8C5 engine overhaul capability approval, the company strictly adhered to CAAC regulations and standards, systematically improving its maintenance system across capability development, documentation, and overhaul process validation, and organizing multiple trial overhaul drills to verify work-card procedures and maintenance workflows and ensure maintenance quality.

In August 2026, the company's engine test cell successively passed pre-calibration by Safran and calibration testing by GE Aerospace, and officially obtained the calibration certificate on September 3, confirming that the technical parameters and performance indicators of all test cell equipment met design standards and laying a solid foundation for the overhaul capability application. In September 2026, the East China Regional Administration conducted an on-site review of the company's maintenance capability application.

The review team fully affirmed the company's preparations and system compliance while providing further guidance. The company actively implemented rectification requirements and ultimately passed the authority's conformity assessment. The approval of this overhaul capability is a key milestone in Huaxia Yuntian's development history. The company will continue to uphold its corporate mission of "being an aviation craftsman and helping airlines take flight," steadily advancing engine maintenance deliveries, continuously refining its maintenance work, and providing customers with more professional, efficient, and reliable maintenance support services.
